        T8級卸扣有T8級BW型卸扣，T8級BX型卸扣，T8級DW型卸扣，T8級DX型卸扣四種形式，本體和橫銷都是采用高強度合金鋼35CrMo鍛造而成，經過熱處理。
T8級卸扣共有3.25T、5T、7T、9.5T、12.5T、15T、18T、21T、30T、40T、50T、85T、120T、150T、175T、200T、1250T、300T、400T、500T、600T、700T、800T、1000T、1250T、1500T等20多個規格。
3.25T～200T為模鍛，200T以上為模鍛和自由鍛相結合。3.25t ～ 80tT8 級卸扣比相同尺寸的S6 級卸扣承載能力高25% ～ 75%;80t～ 1500tT8 級卸扣比相同尺寸的S6 級卸扣承載能力高20%～30%。相同額定載荷的T8 級卸扣與S6 級卸扣相比尺寸減小了，但是它們的額定載荷和功能卻沒有損失，主要用于空間有限的場合。
3.25T～300T最大試驗載荷為額定工作載荷的2倍，400T～2000T最大試驗載荷為額定工作載荷的1.33倍，最小破斷載荷均為額定工作載荷的4倍。
對每一批次產品進行嚴格的抽樣破斷測試。
進行磁粉探傷。

目前國內卸扣分為        M4        、S6和T8三個級別，GB/T25854-2010國家標準中規定T8級卸扣材質至少含有鎳、鉻、鉬合金元素中的兩種。8級卸扣
        
主要應用于風力發電        、煤炭煤礦、船舶、石油、鋼廠、化工等行業要求較嚴格的起重吊裝中。T8級DX卸扣型號：T-DX2-3/8、T-DX2.5-7/16、
        
T-DX3.25-1/2、T-DX5-5/8、T-DX7-3/4、T-DX9.5-7/8、T-DX12.5-1、T-DX15-1 1/8、T-DX18-1 1/4、T-DX21-1 3/8、T-DX30-1 1/2、
        
T-DX40-1 3/4、T-DX50-2、T-DX85-2 1/2、T-DX-120-3。

The maximum test load of 25t ~ 300t is 2 times of the rated working load, the maximum test load of 400t ~ 2000t is 1.33
        
times of the rated working load, and the minimum breaking load is 4 times of the rated working load。
        
Carry out strict sampling and breaking test for each batch of products。
        
Conduct magnetic particle inspection。
